Centrum Silver Men's 50+ Multivitamin with Vitamin D3, B-Vitamins, Zinc for Memory and Cognition - 200 Tablets

Someone reported this product was made in China in another review. This is not true. It is made in Canada. Centrum is a worldwide brand that does have a plant in China, but it serves the Asian Pacific area. In the first week I have had increased energy and more efficient digestion. I was using a generic form of this multi vitamin. When I did a side by side comparison Centrum had significant higher levels of 11 ingredients. I have had no problem with the size or swallowing. I would definitely recommend this over pharmacy brands that claim to be as effective.

I take a multivitamin every day because, well let’s face it, most of us don’t eat a healthy diet and don’t get all the nutrients we need from the food we eat.There are a lot of brands out there and most are from companies I’ve never heard of before in my life. And with no oversight on vitamins you don’t really know what you’re taking or exactly how much of a vitamin or mineral you’re getting.I trust Centrum to provide me with the correct vitamins and minerals in a recommended dosage and that they are verified by a third party lab.They don’t give me a sick stomach, the effectiveness is there, and I’m getting the strength listed on the bottle. They don’t smell or taste good but it’s not like you chew them.I would recommend these vitamins for anyone who wants to get the nutrients they need.

Plus Calcium Carbonate for Strong Bones.

Centrum does not over dose biotin which can cause thyroid issues. Some carry 130% biotin which has caused issues with my thyroid and over all general health. Only issue was I gave instructions to Amazon to deliver vitamins to door and not to leave at metal locker box. Amazon did not relay instructions to postal service so all vitamins were put in hot metal locker box! Luckily I was around that day to pick it up so it didn’t bake in box. All vitamins would’ve been destroyed!
