I like this product pretty good as its been only few days i am using this product but i can see the results i lose weight. I feel more energetic than before i was. As per the precautions i took it two times a day and definitely buy it as it is affordable and easy to take.

I am very happy with my purchase. I take the supplement in a morning after my workout and with breakfast; I have had more energy after my workout - I usually get a bit tired in the day after a 5am gym start. It has curbed my appetite, I feel less need to snack in between meals - it’s especially helped with those mid-morning sugar cravings - which is a massive thing as I work from home so am not usually very active after my gym session. I haven’t weighed myself since taking the supplement as I have been adding different strength and weight training to my workout, however, with a mixture of taking the supplements and the additional gym workouts I am starting to see a difference in my body shape. It’s not going to work on its own, you do need to give it a helping hand by eating healthier with it. I have been taking 1 supplement per day rather than increasing the dosage (just for personal costs reasons), however, since taking the supplement I have noticed that my stomach feels and looks a lot less bloated which is great.

Brilliant product!Skeptical at first but after a month I've lost 4lb! Might not seem a lot but after trying everything to lose weight and not succeeding 4lb's is a big win! The tablets are a little hot if left on the tongue before swallowing but they are easy to swallow and don't leave a nasty after taste. They are definitely a value for money product to aid in weight loss. They have quickly became a part of my daily routine. 10/10 would buy again.
