Forget the taste and enjoy the toughness
So yes after 30 seconds it tastes like you are chewing on an old car dashboard but forget that because these are tough to chew so it really works on building your jaw muscles so 5 stars from me.

No taste at all
I've never tried any of these jaw exercising methods... The gums definitely are a lot harder than usual and give your jaws a good workout. However they taste like nothing at all and it becomes a bit boring to chew such a flavourless thing. They seem too pricey for what they are to be honest.
