Hats off for the product packing it is well secured in a wooden box at the same time very easy for unpacking. I have used this for more than 2 weeks. It dehumifies within hours and it make rooms dry and comfort. The best part is noise free. About the wifi connection it is a bless, we can set time after that it will automatically shut off. This is very convenient for me. It looks very stylish and small. Over all it is very useful and it has a good performance in a medium sized closed room. Thank you for this wonderful product. Very Useful and efficient dehumidifier. Looks stylish and durable. My room's humidity level is decreased to 50% from 80% since i have started using this. I can feel the change. Low noise and smart features, like wifi connectivity and smart home applications compatibility. Customer support also seems to be okay so far.

This is okay. It does what I wanted which was to stop the horrible mold issues we get during monsoon in Goa where the humidity can be 95%. An AC would work better but that involves alot of money, putting holes in the wall and having a huge outside unit making noise. We bought it for our small spare room in Goa. We keep clothes and stuff we don’t want to mold in this room during monsoon. You need to empty the water 3 times a day but there is an included hose so you can have it continuously drain if you want to. If the power goes off, it doesn’t have auto restart so you do have to turn it back on. There’s a thermostat that should turn it off when the humidity gets to whatever you set it it. We set it to 50% but I think Goa is so humid it never gets below 55%, still this unit effectively removes enough moisture to keep the room dry and there are no signs of mold or dampness in the room. It does create heat but the room is hot and dry as opposed to dry, wet and moldy.The price is great and better then any similar unit on Amazon and I read that the customer service is good though we haven’t needed to use it.Some things to note : You need to keep doors and windows closed for any dehumidifier to work, otherwise you’re just bringing more humidity in and you’d need a huge unit to remove the extra water. You’ll want to run this 24 hours a day and expect some increase in your electric bill but it’s less then other units or AC. If you don’t plan to use the drain hose and don’t want to have to empty the water so much, you can go for their bigger unit. The unit is fairly quiet. There’s a filter in the back that you can pop out and wash periodically.Overall, the price is great, its fairly quiet, and the unit works well and keeps the room mold free. Next time I’ll buy the bigger unit for my livingroom. Really, the price is great compared to other units if you don’t care about the auto restart and it works as well as any other expensive brand. We bought this instead of Sharp because every review said the Sharp units are super noisy.Important: With any dehumidifier from Amazon, make sure you unbox it and check for damage before you plug it in, then let it sit for 24 hrs to let the gas settle before starting it for the first time.I would definitely buy this again.

Using for two days now and it has proven to be very effective. Within an hour of usage it collected 1 litres of water, and the humidity level dropped close to 10%. Comes with a 2.5 litre tank and drain pipe as well can be used with either. Auto switch off and connect features are very handy. Considering the features and the next best dehumidifier costs twice than this, it's very much worth it.

I purchased the Hiniso dehumidifier on 21st May, and it's working as expected. It efficiently pulls moisture from the air and keeps the room feeling dry and comfortable. I mainly use it in a medium-sized bedroom, and it's made a noticeable difference in air quality. The unit is user-friendly, fairly quiet, and the water tank is easy to remove and empty. I also appreciate the auto shut-off feature, which gives peace of mind when it's full. Overall, a solid product that does exactly what it's supposed to do. And yes it has wifi feature too. While ordering this product I was not sure about this brand and the product performance, but I can confirm it now you will never regret after buying this product. It does what it promises.1. Appearance: It's a very compact, and very cute looking item that doesn't interfere with the aesthetics of the room decor2. Price: it's a very efficient air dehumidifier with very good build quality considering the price. Any other product from the competing brand will cost you at least 70% more than this. It is.3. Performance: It can extract 1.5 litres of water during 2 to 3 hours of usage, although it depends on the mode of operation and environmental condition.4. Storage and Drainage: It includes a 2.5 litre water tank for normal operation and a Drainage Pipe for continuous operation5. Additional Features: It has WiFi connectivity so along with the physical touch buttons, it can be fully operated using the Mobile App also.I only have two small issues with it..1. The in built humidity sensor shows 20-15% less humidity although that does affect the functionality2. The exhaust sometimes becomes noisy
