Split connection after 2.5 years
Was perfect fit but suddenly it split and started leaking.I use regularly the cupboard where it is so caught it in time and there was no major damage.Perhaps due to very cold water due to the freezing weather. It’s in a utility room without any heating.I’ll buy same again to replace it as a metal one I tried at the time leaked from day one.

If you want a flood this is for you
The media could not be loaded. Item failed after a few weeks flooding my kitchen. I had mains pressure water escaping for around an hour. This item is not fit for purpose. I have now done what I should of done in the first place and used a brass alternative.

Proce reflects standard
As others have said, it is not that good. Single core required an additional washer, and one of the twin threads was difficult to secure. When you think the single core is tight, check for movement in the centrel pipe. After several goes did get apparently watertight connections. One week on no sign of leaks. Disappointing as a previous plastic one had lasted 12 years.

Simple but effective
I've recently moved house and installed our old dishwasher next to the washing machine in the utility.There's only one water pipe to feed the machines, so this has been the perfect solution.It's only lightweight plastic, but it's worked really well.I used PTFE on all threads, although I don't know if this was needed or not.It's a cheap, simple solution which works really well, what's not to like?I hope you find my review helpful.

It works
Discovered a leak from the washing machine connection. Couldn't fully tighten so replacement with this and solved the issue.
