This is really a great product. I love the chocolate flavor. I use it for Smoothies and Overnight Oats. It blends well in the liquid, does not have powdery substance. It doesn’t have high sugar and I can feel the difference in my body.

I tried the chocolate flavor of this product and it was okay. I didn't like it enough to buy again so I thought I'd try the vanilla.Upon opening, I removed the cap and seal, and smelled the powder. It did not smell like vanilla.I mixed one scoop with the prescribed milk and tasted it; it does not taste like vanilla.I rated the quality of the protein 3 stars; I honestly can't prove its great nor that its bad. My rating is based on the opinion that this stuff is gross.I tried to return it only to find that it is not returnable.I threw it away- $95 in the garage. I couldn't even finish the initial mixed shake that I made. It was foamy, thick, had a gritty texture and above all else, the flavor was terrible.Found a supplement store nearby and upon visiting that store in person, found a protein shake that was $50, for 30 servings. While the number of servings is less than this trash, so was the price point.Save yourself the aggravation; this is not a good value. If you want a good protein powder, you can go to a store and talk to a consultant and walk out with a product that is good for your needs, that tastes great, and is likely less expensive than this stuff.

First, I have been purchasing Vega products since they came out on the market, and I am a huge fan of Brendan Brazier who is a co-founder (I highly recommend his first book, THRIVE the vegan nutrition guide to optimal performance in sports and life - - I've had it for years, and I still use it as a reference).BUT,a) I agree with the person who commented about the waste of plastic - the tubs are nearly twice as big as the contents they hold, and the plastic is needlessly thick. It literally hurts me to buy new tubs of protein powder; it's just so environmentally irresponsible not to come up with a recycled paper bag option or even a recycled cardboard tub option (I would prefer the bag)b) I bought the chocolate flavor and am now "suffering" through it (contrary to what others say, I don't feel it's chocolatey at all). The vanilla is their best flavor and I suspect their best seller. However, all of their flavors are too sweet; imho they could cut back on the stevia by about half.c) @ VEGA: PLEASE OFFER AN UNFLAVORED & UNSWEETENED VERSION... and perhaps think about dropping the price a few dollars (!)
