No Bass!!
The renewed products are horrible . On the second set and has zero Bass! I had the same model as a new item and it was great . Unfortunately it got lost :( I’m very reluctant to buy renewed products from them again

Good for what I need it for.
Comfortable, stay in my small ears, sound quality is good enough for me (I'm not picky). Distance from phone for connection is pretty far compared to cheap headphones. My only issue is that I have to use the right headphone if I want to only use one. The left will not connect to my phone by itself. I don't know if this is my specific pair or the version of jbl I bought.

Not what I expected
I liked the case and color. It was easy to pair them. I had to use the smaller attachments. The stereo sound was good. The sound was canceled out so I could listen to my video. What I didn't like was that I could hear my heartbeat and the sound of the earbuds in my ear a my hair brushed past them and when I moved. I will return these.

Horrible customer service!! Beware!
These headphones might work for people with big ears but if you are more petite these will be too big. They won’t fit accurately resulting in them falling out as soon as you get moving. Tried to speak to their customer service team several times and it was clear they didn’t want to even put forth the effort to help me. Literally just kept telling me no. I will never purchase from Harmon again.
