Great mower, easy to put together and use. We have a large garden and it gets the job done easily. Oil can be a little bit tricky to fill so recommend getting a long mouth funnel.

Bought this for hubby's special’ birthday ... he loves it! The grass looks great and he’s mastered the technique.I’m very short & petite so a bit powerful for me, I’ll stick with the hover mower

Oil cap difficult to get to and awkward to fill otherwise good mower

After having a mountfield for 15 years with great service I decided to buy another.Well the SP46 is not a patch on the old one. It’s hard to start, especially when warm, it constantly blocks up and only fills a quarter of the grass box and you have to scrape it out with your hand on every empty.

product is great...however the box was completely wrecked with no instructions and the bag of screws had opened leaving screws all over the box. My advise would be to order direct from Mountfield.

As described, does the job, seems reliable.
