It's a rugged machine NO DOUBT. But NOT value for money. You still need conventional iron for pleats and creases. Cumbersome to handle clothes dangling on it. Risk of burns from the latent heat of steam if the glove is not worn. If at all you need a steam iron for inquisitiveness then go for some cheaper one this is a way too expensive for experiments.

I'm very happy with the product it's easy to use.N the stand it's adjustable. Just one suggestion if there would be wheel it would be more easy and convenient to move from one end to another the rest everything is fine n I'm happy with it.

Searched a lot for garment steamer. Many big brands in the market but when it come to service it’s pathetic or not available or given to some low class third party. This choice was mainly based on how good the seller has provided the service as per reviews given. So purchased it. It’s good looking sturdy and does its functions as described in the product page on amazon. Good quantity tank so no need of filling frequently during steaming garments. Good pressure steam it generates and in between no water but yes at the beginning few sprinkles are there which are bound to occur from condensed steam fro previous use. Better allow 5 seconds steam to go out before steaming garments. I am fully satisfied with the product and the service. Regarding service owner himself takes responsibility of correcting the fault. In my case when steamer developed problem he arranged for pickup which was delayed by courier so he arranged local help to make my product working. Thanks Mr Husaim for best of services you provided. I hope in future also you keep on giving such service. Based on this I purchased another one to gift someone.Thanks Rossmann.

I purchased this great steamer on 11 Feb,2020. Why i am giving this date here to my knowledgeable friends so they will easily understand in next few lines..........I have one steamer in my home but wasn't sure about that will give us services when we need in reality as a must protocol such as disaster management. I searched my beloved helping companion Amazon for a heavy duty,rugged but cute,ergonomically designed, with new features,easily operational by all home members & a reputed brand with all good qualities in it.My search ended here, & this machine came to me very nicely in a triple packed box before delivery dates.As it is a ingenuously designed machine & i am a technical person,it was assembled in few minutes & was ready for use in any difficult scenario.I already mentioned in my some items reviews purchased in 2 month's duration at Amazon,which we bought from Amazon in very hurricane, rolling one item on another.......... predicting the forthcoming scene of world's biggest pandemic Covid -19 .The whole stories of this killer virus were being explained on internet,you tube & daily news.I understood the nature of virus & found that it gets killed on temperatures above 42 to 45℃.I also know that all medical & clinical equips,wearable & surgical items are widely disinfectioned by saturated steam & LT steam also.Thus, the need of such a steamer was must to have at home which can be used to give adequate steaming to articles which were difficult to wash, sanitize or throw away after some uses.Our family members are senior citizen, working on imp posts in responsible areas, so i needed an appropriate device to serve them.Now, my all dear brothers & sisters can easily understand, what it can do beyond it's regular responsibility.This is an awesome steamer machine for regular cloths & garments steaming but you can save life by disinfectionating your many items as i explained before.A steady & thunderbolt flow of hot steam to give new life to us,state of art of deepest engineering, ample volume in water container,many ma y qualities in a little space.I thank by my depth of my heart to Rossmann team specially Mr. Ali for their keen & pure guidance.A also thank to Amazon for their true & divine efforts to make availability of all kinds of items for people like me.Amazon is my passion since 2012....So, don't have any if & but mathematics in your cool mind, think of long & safe future of you,your beloved ones, close family & friends, buy one quickly as doors open soon.......An amazon lover for whole life.Best regards.

I have attached a video, please watch before you waste your hard-earned money on this product. The huge water tank doesn't matter because it stops steaming after it gets close to the 2L mark. The retractable cord really isn't that cool when you realize it is only about 4 ft long. Basically built to look like an Apple device but functions more like a cheap device. Please go for a known brand.

the product is very good 9/10.. even better is the company's after sale service 10/10 .. I had some steaming issues with my product ..but the company helpline number was quick to react and handled it almost on urgency basis to which I am very impressed and satisfied .. ( big thank you to mr hussian ).I would recommend this product and the excellent management behind for customer care .
