I love the fact that they are individual vials for a single use - no need to worry about contaminating a bottle of solution. The solution is very soothing and lasts a long time. My eyes have been so weepy this allergy season and this solution seems to help with the dryness.

Bottom of left eye sacs do not secrete eye drops. This product helps the eye with some liquid to help.

One eye gets extremely dry and feels like I have something in it (usually in the evening). Normal eye drops didn't take care of it, but these do. I sometimes need to apply 3 or 4 times to get total relief, but they work great.

Helps with dry eyes, does not cure the condition. Would have given a higher rating, but the expiration date was only a few months away, so would have to use up fast. Purchased at a local drug store, the expiration date was a year away. Make sure you check expiration date on product!

My wife uses this product and she is totally satisfied. She trust the quality of this product and she keeps buying it over and over.

But the packaging was terrible. They come 5 sideways with four or five packages in one tinfoil package. Really poor construction and not easy to close up. When did you switch t this terrible packaging. Previous packaging several months ago was superior and kept the product fresh and clean and easy to use. I give it this new packaging a C minus.

I live in the desert Southwest. So my eyes get dry especially after cataract surgery (both eyes). This is a good product that can be used quite often as it's free of preservatives.
