I'm giving this two of five stars because these litter boxes are attractive, but that's about it. The nature of their design lessens the "target area" when you snap on the lid in the upright position, but increases the height to the specified dimensions. So your choices with this removable lid boil down to: do I want this litter box to be too narrow, or too shallow to be fit for purpose? When you invert the rim, you get everything that misses the target area stuck in the ridge between the pan and the lid, making it difficult to clean. The "large" size sold is much closer to an actual small litterbox, and the "Jumbo", I suspect is close a medium. We purchased four large for our four cats. Every single one of the cats has missed target area in one way or another in the few days we've owned them. I don't believe in returning litter boxes even if we could. These tiny "large" pans will get donated to a local cat/kitten rescue place. If you're looking for a very attractive litterbox for a kitten, this product is perfect for you. For cats? Move along.

I ordered a grey jumbo litter tray as I have 2 cats and as you can see from pictures I have a large cat who I wanted a big tray for so she can go toilet without struggling thats her standing up she couldn't even turn around in the tray.so I was looking forward to get this jumbo tray for her but I was so disappointed when I opened box to find a tray which is medium/large defently not jumbo misleading info on this listing that why I felt to give 1* as I was disappointed...

My fault for not seeing the measurements when you hover over the image (not especially helpful to have them there like that) but there is no way I would ever consider this large. It is not even medium but small. Was in dire need of a litter tray or else this would have gone straight back. I will say it is well-made though, with a decent lockable rim.

Had to buy 2 of these as Vet told me to separate the cats tray because of infections.My smaller cat loved it yet bigger one felt uncomfortable so at night she would pee and number twos on my wooden floor. Which was a nightmare.Yet must say great value for money, great quality and looks nice. Perfect for training kittens and for daily use for small cats.Now I have a massive one. I have bought a couple of these litter trays (also tbe jumbo corner tray) before and have never gotten around to writing a review, which I should have because I'm more than pleased both the customer service and the product. Each time I have bought this product, it has been dispatched either the same day or the next day (depending on what time I ordered) and arrived the day after. The product itself is great. I bought them for my two house rabbits (yes, you can litter-train them) as the trays you can buy that are marketed for small animals are way too small. The way the tray is made stops them from digging out the litter and hay all over the floor and also stops them from weeing over the side. It's also very easy to clean as the top unclips. The best thing about them are the size. Small animal litter and normal cat litter trays are usually not big enough for rabbits as they need a large clump of hay in the litter tray (they like to eat and poop at the same time haha) and as my rabbits like to sit in the tray together, there just wouldn't be enough room for all of it. But the jumbo version of this is the perfect size for them. So long story short, it's great, so great I bought several but didn't review them all like I should have.

The underneath base is smaller than the top part of the tray. It’s a good looking tray and would have been fine if the base was the same measurement as stated online. Returned and refunded. I found something else more appropriate to fit my needs for a big hoodless tray, a plastic storage box.

This litter tray works great for a smaller cat, or when you need a sturdy one when moving home (like in my case). The only thing I find doesn’t work too well is their claim that the elevated side will keep the litter from coming out of the tray - even when I turned the lower part to the wall my persistent cat managed to spread litter around and trail it throughout the house...

I ordered the jumbo size and it is great as a couple of my cats would pee over the side of a big standard litter tray! No chance of any esca’pee’ with this litter tray. V happy!PS I read some reviews that people didn’t think the tray was jumbo. I would just say that when you order, make sure you have selected the jumbo not the large size by mistake 😊
