Does the job for a great price

A very good tool works great , very robust and we'll made.

The metal on this thing is so poorly machined that it looks like they cut it out was a dull butter knife. If I used it to mark leather I’d have to scrap the project.

I was skeptical since this product didn't have any reviews, but I was extremely pleased with the quality, especially for the price. Even though opening it is kinda tough, i view it as a positive since its reassuring that it won't move from your desired measurement.

Like the other comment said, they won't even open/spread apart at all. The metal is EXTREMELY sharp on the edges and I had to pick metal splinters out of my finger. It's the worst quality in the world and isn't polished or smooth, this would eat up leather....IF YOU COULD OPEN IT!!!! the other comments are fake if they are suggesting it's great. The metal is dull, not shiny and smooth... it has grind marks all over the metal pieces, which explains why it won't open... its literally locked together. I called Amazon to warn them because I did cut my hand on the metal slider bridge piece. They wanted me to jump through a million hoops for an 8$ item.... which is absolutely ridiculous, specially after spending $6,000 on my order this was a part of. I don't write a bad review or comment unless it's EXTREMELY EXTREMELY BAD. which this is 100% so don't say we didn't warn you about this item!!!

The metal was so rough that when I took it out of the packaging I cut my hand. Not what I was expecting. The Wuta one’s were smooth and didn’t cut my hands. Also the dividers were bent making adjustment difficult.

Absolute garbage shoddy workmanship and I could not open them because of it.I would give negative stars if I could
