I am 5'4, 150 lbs. After reading the reviews, I was tempted to buy a mesium but chose a small instead. It is very important to know your body type when buying this dress. I'm more muscular so I am heavier than I appear. With that in mind, I ordered a small. The bottom fit perfectly. The top was a little loose, but I expected that because my boobs are small. The top is not made for maximum coverage so expect to have your girl out on the side. The front is completely see through, so you definitely need underwear and pasties/stick on bra to hide your womanly parts. There was one string that I had to cut off toward the bottom, and the nexk fit a looser than I would have liked. Overall, this dress was awesome and I received so many compliments

I only tried it on and I was skeptical when I got it out the package because it looked too small. It fit like a glove. A touch too loose in the chest but I’m smaller up top. For reference I’m 6’0” and 210 lbs I ordered a XL. I can’t wait to find somewhere to wear it 😍

It is revealing so be prepared for your breast to show it requires nipple covers and underwear coverage in the front. Otherwise the dress is really pretty and nicely made!
