Flips easily, and the locking mechanism doesn’t work properly after 2 uses. And the clear one is very foggy. Build and look are both cheap. Feel embarrassed to hold it on the street.

I ordered this for my mom for Christmas. I love it! The design on the inside is vivid and bright. I was concerned about how easy/hard it would be open and close the umbrella, as this is a gift for my mom and she has some arthritis in her hands. I am pleased to report this umbrella opens and closes very easily. I feel certain she will have no trouble with it. The hand will work well to hang the unbrella on your arm when closed, but I can't imagine it fitting on an average person's wrist tighly enough to hold it open. It is still a good handle though. The umbrella will stand on it's own if it's not completed closed and fastened. I am very pleased with this purchase so far.

I've only used the umbrella once so far, but it performed well. I didn't give this five stars, because I think it takes getting used to. I still got wet getting out of the car, but I think it was due to my ineptness with how it worked. The buttons that pop it open are okay, but not super easy to get them to work. Would I buy this again? Yes, I think over time, I will adjust to it and will end up loving it. I have already bought three others as gifts. The colors of this umbrella are beautiful and it really is a pretty cool umbrella.

Love the concept of this umbrella-that the rain travels down the umbrella so you can close it right away. I like the transparent material so more light comes through. I wish it made a bigger dome shape like a kids bubble umbrella where you can lower it down further and see through the material to walk.My personal preference would be for a traditional or straight handle. The handle feels a little awkward to me. I’m hoping I get used to it.

I have bought about 1/2 dozen of these to give as gifts to daughters in laws and my nieces & my good neighbor. All have loved them. BUT ME...just my luck that I was caught in a Fl gale force wind that pushed me & my open umbrella into a cement building corner edge. The plastic umbrella handle hit the edge so hard it snapped off in my hand.(my wrist has never been the same either) I now am the proud owner of a perfectly fine working umbrella top with know good way to hold it above me in the rain. I’d say that this handle has a design flaw in the material it’s made of....

The umbrella is great. There are a few things to be aware of:1) You'll want to superglue the black little pegs onto the ends of the wires as they slip off easily and then the top black part is not tight.2) You'll need to be good at shaking the water off of your umbrella as when it's closed it kind of pools together.I look forward to the day they figure out how to make this style of umbrella condensable so it can fit in bags.I've already recommended this umbrella to friends.

I love this umbrella. I have not had any problems with any of the parts of this umbrella. It opens and closes easily and the snap band fits just right on mine. The colors are beautiful. Two of us fit under it comfortably. It might be a different challenge if the other person is much taller but us gals were fine. The handle is slightly thick but I like the sturdiness of it. When I took it to a festival I was able to slip it on my belt so I was handsfree. I would recommend this product and am may buy another in different colors.

Used for the first time today and with a single guest of wind the umbrella flipped over, snapped a bar which pierced one of the layers and I was then unable to put the thing down.Also, the material is only transparent on the inner layer (when opened out), the top layer is a cloudy, translucent material which completely defeats the point of having a transparent umbrella.....

It opens up okay but the latch don't always stick firmly and easily loosen and drops. The size is rather small for 2 person but 1 person is just fine. The material on the umbrella isn't very good quality. So that's why 3 stars.
