These are great. Love the color. I’ve had them for about a month and they haven’t broken or changed at all. I wish the earpieces were a little more cushioned so it would help with the noise cancellation. How the earpieces are they are padded but they’re flat so it doesn’t really form to your ear. Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a headset and needs options for connecting them.

The media could not be loaded. No excessive force used...just popped out of place and will not go back.

This headset is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality is good. I think it is a good buy for those on a budget who need a headset for work-from-home call centers.

I bought this because I dislike my headset at my call center. I went to set it up and none of the connections fit. So be warned that this may not fit your work phone. My job has Cisco phones.

This was truly worth the money. I bought this for my work in customer service because I am on the phone 10 hours a day. I don't write reviews to tell lies or to brag.

While the headphones are comfortable with adequate volume, the microphone does not carry sound well and people can barely hear me. This is connected to a landline desk phone via the handset jack. I've tried the connection with both the optional adapters and the direct connect with no success.

This device same with several connections and also a week early. I LOVE IT. My previous headset was too quiet and o could hear customers. This one is perfect. It does squeeze my ears a little, (most headers are too big for my head). So frequent breaks are needed, but I think it should loosen up over time. It does exactly what it said it does. All in all I love this headset.
