This is adorable. It was the perfect project for my child and I to do together. You have to buy your own glue though. I suggest b-7000.

Solid wood pieces, wood doesn't splinter, easy to assemble. Don't need an exacto knife. But you can use one and scizzors.It does not include glue so you would likely need several types of glue. We used hot glue for the light sensor and washable clear glue for the rest. scissors.We did miss a step where the light is supposed to be in the front but it looks good still.

Excellent productEasy to assemble

I bought this on a whim, hoping to find a craft that would be relaxing and take my mind off of things. This definitely did both! It did NOT come with glue, so make sure you have your own. I tried super glue, wood glue, and hot glue guns. I preferred the super glue. The pieces were easy to snap together, and they fit snuggly and the vast majority of the pieces hardly require the glue. I did struggle with the cauldron, which involved bending a scored piece of the chipboard. All in all, I didn't think it was too difficult for a beginner. I did take my time reviewing each step of the instructions, and reviewed the provided photos as needed. Once I was finished, I added my own touches to it, such as faux moss and little plant pieces. I love how it turned out, and it looks great on my bookshelf! I would love to purchase more of these.

Time consuming activity after my hip surgery. Kept me busy for 2 full days. Beautiful, well thought out, easy to assemble. So much detail. Highly recommend.
