This is one of those simple, sturdy, well-designed and highly effective products that deserves its high rating. The plastic axle is solid, and the molded rubber sheath and nubs have just the right shape and flexibility to give the foot a good workout and massage without hurting. It can be used under foot while sitting or standing, depending how much pressure is desired. I don't suffer with plantar fascitis but my feet can become tired, stiff and achy by the end of the day. This roller can provide a quick fix without too much effort. Note that the rubber is a little sticky to the touch, which is desirable to prevent slipping on the floor, but this can also pick up lint and dirt. The instructions recommend washing with soap and water for a quick and easy rejuvenation.

Unfortunately, I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot. It’s super uncomfortable and I’m trying to Avoid injections in my heel. In the meantime, I’m trying to do at home remedies and natural ways to help the pain. I stumbled across this massage tool to help massage the foot and it seems to be a big help. Typically, I do this after a long day or even after a hot shower And I Noticed after I use it, the pain diminishes. The product is also extremely durable and high-quality . It’s great to throw it in your purse if you’re in the office to use it under your desk , Or bring it in your suitcase to bring it on vacation ,ect. I love that it’s easy accessible and small enough to take on the go as well . Great buy!!!

Use it on my left foot where I developed partial nerve damage. Gives me a great tingle that revives the feeling in my whole leg. I use it every morning and whenever the need arises. Great price too.

This does provide some relief. I don’t use it frequently, but for days when I’m on my feet a lot, it does provide some relief.

I do love this thing for the most part and use it nearly daily after my 12-16 hour shifts. I do wish the little bumps were a bit bigger as they don't do much for me to really dig in and massage my foot. However it does still feel good, it is firm but not so much so that it hurts (like the wooden ones can at times). I prefer to use it while standing for extra leverage and I can hear my feet popping as I work out the tension from running around on them all day, it's instant pain relief.I saw another reviewer on here mention using the sides of the roller to massage their feet because they also didn't get much from the little bumps and I started doing the same, thank you for the idea random reviewer!It's super easy to use, easy to roll away under my end table when I'm not using it, and roll it back out after my shift. I seriously think about this thing when I'm driving home after work, I would definitely buy it again!

This is perfect after a long day standing on my feet! It definitely holds value for the money and the quality is incredible! It allowed me to have a lot of pain relief and is portable. So I can take. It anywhere. The performance was phenomenal.

J'ai commandé ce produit, car j'ai des aponévrosites et c'était pour soulager la douleur.Le support est en plastique basique, mais les rouleaux sont en caoutchouc avec des reliefs différents. Le dispositif est muni de tampon, antidérapant au-dessus (qui sont fournis et qu'il faut coller) ce qui permet une relative bonne adhérence au sol (mais pas parfaite, ça peut un peu bouger quand même selon l'inclinaison que l'on donne aux pieds).Le massage en lui-même est agréable, des picots en plastique rigide sur le support permettent une autre stimulation, mais je regrette que les rouleaux ne soient pas plus gros et ne dépassent pas davantage du support en hauteur, car en faisant les mouvements, on racle beaucoup sur le support en plastique.Le massage énergique procure un soulagement immédiat, mais je ne vois pas trop d'effet sur le plus long terme pour l'instant.
