Solar circuit control
I got this to help you with my DC incoming voltage from my solar panel raise and I need to get a few more before I can get everything DIN mountedEvery single looks very nice about it, but you will not find UL Certification audit and as long as you’re OK with that, I have they recommend you buy this as it is heavy quality is very well filled

It's big and heavy duty-ish
Review of the DC Molded Case Circuit Breaker MCCB, HSM1PV-125I recently purchased the DC Molded Case Circuit Breaker MCCB, HSM1PV-125, for my solar photovoltaic (PV) system, and I have mixed feelings about it.First impressions are important, and this breaker certainly feels solid and well-constructed. The weight of the unit gives an impression of durability, which is essential for electrical components. However, the fact that it is manufactured in China raises some concerns about overall quality control, which has been echoed by other users. One of the significant issues mentioned in reviews is the heat generation when the unit is under load. As someone who values safety and efficiency, this is a red flag for me. The last thing you want in a solar setup is for a breaker to overheat, which can compromise safety and potentially damage the components of your system. Although I’m currently operating it at a fraction of its rated load (DC550V, 125A), I still find it prudent to keep an eye on the temperature during operation.I appreciate that the MCCB is designed for photovoltaic applications; it’s crucial that we use components specifically suited for solar systems. However, the concerns around heating issue are troubling. Users with higher loads should definitely invest in a temperature gauge to monitor the breaker during operation. If poor-quality materials are in play, that could lead to premature failure or, worse, a safety hazard. In light of these considerations, while I feel the HSM1PV-125 is a decent option for low to moderate loads, I would be hesitant to recommend it for more demanding applications without proper monitoring. It's a gamble—one that could pay off if it remains cool and functions reliably, but one that carries a risk based on the feedback from other users. In conclusion, while I appreciate the construction and intended application of this circuit breaker, I can’t fully endorse it without acknowledging its potential pitfalls. If you decide to go with the HSM1PV-125, just be sure to monitor the heat and use it judiciously.
