Smashed my jug one morning making my cuppa. I was a sad fella, thankfully, this was available at not a ridiculous cost, and saved me from having to get a new machine. If you are a butter fingers like me, its a good buy!

Arrived on time genuine product. The handle on my original had become lose and dangerous when full of hot coffee.

I'm on my second jug since I bought the coffee machine months back. It's made of a light easily breakable glass and very difficult to clean the inside. I bought two replacement glass jug this time in case it breaks again.

On about our 5th replacement as very fragile.Don’t get ripped off, this is a £9 jug. Not sure how Amazon comes up with the price sometimes

Jug is great, dropped and broke out other 1. Its exactly the same jug however it cost half the price of a brand new machine, should be at least £10 cheaper.

När den första kaffekannan levererades var den i tusen bitar.Amazon skickade omedelbart en ny kanna redan innan jag hunnit returnera spillrorna från den första.Den nya kannan levererades hel och fin och vi kan återigen njuta av riktigt gott kaffe!

Réception dans l'emballage MELITTA, produit conforme à l'origine comme indiqué.Convient parfaitement en remplacement et moins cher qu'en direct chez le fabricant de la marque !Conseil: ne pas acheter le (même) produit en isotherme SI votre cafetière n'est pas prévue d'origine, car les cotes ne seront pas adaptées, notamment en hauteur (problème avec l'anti-gouttes entre autre).Verseuse de conception fragile dès l'origine, c'est la 2ème que je remplace suite à fissure au col de la verseuse, en haut, (signalé à MELITTA, mais pas de correctif selon réponse du SAV)

La verseuse d'origine était fêlée. C'est la raison de mon achat.
