I ordered this on the 14th march after running out of the beetles one. Since buying it ive used it twice and each time i react badly coming out in rashes over my hands. Yes i know why use it twice if i knew the first time but i was also on medication the first time which i had a allergic reaction to over my face and body so i thought the hands may had been part of that to but now using it again i have realised it is the gel causing my fingers and hands to itch and be sore! Im probably a one off with a reaction but i just wanted to make people aware!Otherwise the product comes in a lovely little box with everything you need other than a lamp, its easy to use but i do suggest a different brush, the poly gel when set is a beautiful colour on its own but can also be painted with normal nail varnish or gel varnish which is a plus plus! Easy to remove with right remover and long lasting (done a friends nails for her and lasted awhile!)

Good if you want to try polygel for the first time. It takes a bit of practice but it's relatively easy to get the hang of!

First time ever using polygel. I’m still unsure if it’s for me, I didn’t find the application as easy and time saving as I’d hoped. Having said that, next it’ll probably be easier and faster to do. It’s quite difficult to gauge the thickness and distribution of gel, I could see that some parts were thinner than others. I’d watched tutorials before applying but still make rookie mistakes. The pack comes with most of what you need to just get on with it. The tubes are small and won’t last long, but if like me, you’re just wanting to see what polygel is like then it’s a good kit to experiment with.

It is a very good product and quite easy to use Doesn’t come with the UV lamp. The poly gel containers are quite small, but there’s a lot of product in them. One technique that I found was that instead of dragging the poly gel with the slip solution, pat it down gently and move it to where you want it to be

If you’re looking at buying this product I would heavily reconsider, there defiantly isn’t enough to do a full set. The tube is about 3/4 inches so yes, very small. Personally, I would keep browsing as I noticed a 60 ml tube vs this 15ml one for literally £2 extra.

The product is wayyyyyyy sticker than I thought and the brush that comes in the kit was no good for the poly gel as it would get really sticky to it and the file is not the best either but the base coat and the top coat are good and I think it’s not to bad for beginners

It's a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be and it takes a lot longer to dry out

I have watched a lot videos on how to do this. Think it ok if a beginner. But if I choose the wrong nail size, then you can see it doesn't reach.... the varnish I found too sticky, which I don't think helped(unless other makes are better). Also when pressing down the nail,the varnish squeezes out behind the nail. With a lot of practice, think it would be a lot better. But will look for different varnish.... if all of Poly gel are this sticky, then I probably will just carry on using my gel varnish and lamp.
