This is the first time I have made the effort to write an Amazon review. I was tired of buying new pillows that were bouncy and plump for a couple of weeks, only to flatten into almost nothing after 3 months. I have had these pillows for over a year now and slept on them most nights - they have kept their shape and plumpness better than any other I have used, and remain plump even now over 12 months later, barely deflated from their original size. For the price, they are fantastic value and quality, both in longevity and in being both supportive and soft enough for comfort.

Received two different pillows or one as expected and one defective. Seller says it’s normal for one to be as described medium firmness with good bounce and second pillow to be super soft yet they do not refer to this is the listing. Poor customer service would not acknowledge fault and expected me to pay for return of items.

The best pillows we have had for some while. Don't collapse the minute you use them,but not so rock hard that you can't move your neck the next morning. Have recommended them to others .Have been using them for several weeks now and still pleased.

I had purchased 2 sets of these some years ago from the same supplier and as we had been so happy with them, we decided to order again-clicked on the buy again option so there would be no confusion that we wanted the same product.Sadly we were very disappointed. Despite the label showing the same fabric/filling mix, these pillows did not feel anywhere near the quality of our previous purchase. The volume still seemed quite generous but these new ones felt really crunchy so if you were to lay your head on them, you would wake yourself up every time you moved as the noise was as if the pillow was filled with scrunched up paper. Sadly the customer service side was very unsympathetic and despite numerous communications kept insisting we cover the return costs which as you can imagine for 8 large pillows would be quite significant. We refused as we explained, it wasn’t a case of us just changing our minds; the quality was unacceptable. Eventually Amazon customer service intervened, refunded us and then the supplier arranged collection of the pillows. It was a very disappointing experience when all we wanted were pillows of the same standard as previously.

I had high hopes after reading other reviews and I was not disappointed. The pillows are packed in 2 zip bags that can be used to store other stuff in too. The pillows themselves feel fantastic. They're covered in a really nice soft material, and are really plump and soft which makes it feel luxurious. I was hoping to have one decent pillow rather than working with 2 sometimes 3 separate pillows, and I can now. All four of us have been delighted with these, and for a decent price. Would most definitely recommend this product to anyone considering buying it.

Really hard pillows, upset my neck, shoulders & spine. I returned via Hermes, which was more expensive than I expected. Had to be boxed to be returned by carrier, however arrived in torn plastic from Linens Ltd! Hermes charged me extra carriage PLUS admin fee stating it weighed more than had I paid for. Under the weight for carriage fee I paid for when it left me . Will think twice before buying from Linens Ltd again.. only got back about 1/3rd of what I paid due to excess carriage charge by Hermes. If I had know they would charge me more, I would have given to charity shop .

I’ve had the pillows for over a week now and so far it’s been really good. I bought the pack of 4. They came in nice plastic/fabric zip bags with a handle: 2 pillows per bag. The pillow is fluffy and has some firmness to it. And so far, the fluffiness and firmness have remained the same: the pillow hasn’t showed any signs of being deflated or flattened. The pillow fits into a regular pillowcase, albeit a bit snugger than a usual fit (because it is fluffier than a usual pillow). I really like it so far and highly recommend it. I have used these pillows for about 8 weeks now, they all very full and bounce back after every use, I find they are a good medium, good to use behind your back when sitting up and good to use flat when laying down. 2 pairs arrived in zipped bags which could be used for storage, inside the cardboard box. I use one pair which is more than enough, I find them good support for head & back. I sent the other pair to a family member who is also pleased with them. So review from customer in 50's and customer in 20's! I waited until they had plenty of use before reviewing, I had checked out pillows for quality and cost in shops and glad I ordered these online good quality and good value for money. They are nice and comfortable too,
