Wish i had found this sooner! 5*
Ordered yesterday and delivered today.I honestly wish I had discovered this year's ago.I have rheumatoid arthritis and this is absolutely perfect for me. Keeps a lovely constant temperature which I can control myself. This heat pad is excellent value for money.I can not believe how hot it gets. I honestly did not expect to feel much heat from it but this little pad kicks out some serious heat. I have been using hot water bottles for years and so decided to put it straight on the 3 setting. however I ended up having to turn it down because it was so good. Much better than a hot water bottle (in my opinion).I have tried it on pretty much every sore joint I have, including my back, it seems to be perfect for all over use. The only thing I don't think it would be suitable for is for actual sitting on as it does state in the instructions not to do that, I think you would need to purchase a heating pad or cushion designed specifically for that job.I have only been using this for half a day but so far I' am incredibly happy with my purchase. 5*(I shall update if anything changes).*UPDATE 15th Feb*MOIST HEAT FUNCTION:Having now used this heat pad for a good amount of time I have a few things to point out that I wasn't aware of when I wrote my 1st review.1》 The description states "can be used for moist heat therapy" ok it did take me a little while to work this one out as I did not really read the manual properly...(my bad)... anyway to use for moist heat instead of dry heat you need to do the following:While the heat pad is unplugged & switched off open the outer cover poppers, inside you will see a thin piece of blue foam, remove the piece of foam and submerge the foam in a bowl of cold water (only submerge the foam.. nothing else). Once the foam is fully soaked remove from the water and squeeze/wring all the excess water out. Once the foam is completely wrung out you can then replace the foam back inside the heat pad outer cover and snap the poppers closed (obviously make sure your hands are dry before going anywhere near the heat pad or doing the next bit) Plug the heat pad back in and switch on as normal. You will now get the moist heat effect. The 2nd thing I noticed was that on some of the reviews I was puzzled by how a few people found the heat to be really limited even on the highest setting. I have to say I really was puzzled by this because on setting 3 this heat pad kicks out some serious heat. Anyway I think I may have found the reason... as stated above you have a moist heat option which basically means inside the cover is a piece of blue foam on one side of the pad. I have noticed myself if I use the pad with the foam side placed against the area I'm trying to heat then it is definitely less hot than if I place the non foam side against my body. Not sure if this is the reason for the negative heat reviews but I thought it was worth mentioning.Just to add .. I am still 100% happy with this heat pad and I still rate it a 5* product👍

Devistated ... had to return.....
Re-reviewed .... sadly the blanket stopped working after a few days so ive had to return it. Hopefully its just a blip with the one blanket and i will order abother one. This electric head pad is AMAZING. I've read reviews on a few different heat pads and settled on this one and I'm sooo glad I did. It warms up really quickly and option 2 is a perfect setting for me. The plug in lead is quite long and the heat settings run from 1 to 3 in an attached controller to the heat pad. I did read a review from a lady who spoke about the sponge liner inside the pad that should be used to 'humid heat'. She thought this might be the reason people where saying it didn't heat up properly and I think she's correct. I've taken the sponge liner out and put it away in the box. I have a form of arthritis and have suffered with back ache since the birth of my sob 6 years ago. I can't use ibruprofen gels because of the tablets I take but have used aromatherapy gels (good), micro wheat packs and the old hot watet bottle but NONE of those have given me back relief like this has. I always say I wish I could spend my days in the bath ... which is obviously impossible but this is defo the next best thing. If you suffer with any kind of joint ache that is eased by warmth and head treat yourself to one of these bad boys. Great product .. thank you.

Great for muscle tension and joint pain.
I ordered this Fineway thermal heat pad 11 months ago (it cost £18.99 back then). It arrived the next day. I have used it several times a month since to help with muscle tension and arthritic joint pain. It heats up rapidly, and fortunately has 3 settings; i find that the highest setting penetrates several layers of clothing and still manages to feel hot. So I would advise it best to start with the lowest setting first. I use this mainly on the lower setting for 15-20 minutes . I would recommend this product and would buy it again - mine is still working fine.2022 update: l still use this item, it works wonderfully well, the cover washes like new, and have today ordered another as a gift for someone else. Highly recommended.

Gets really hot good for pain
This is brilliant for anyone suffering with pain , the only thing wrong with it it has sharp edge on the corners of the pad because it's plastic ,there is a cover for it but the plastic poppers on the cover don't work after a while ,but it does get it quick and stays hot ,there is no cut off iether on the switch ,no timer so if you don't wake up it will cook you all night ,but it is great for the pain, it doesn't bend around easy iether infact you couldn't easily wrapped it around your knee or your neck

UPDATED!!!! ALMOST STARTED A FIRE!!!
Purchased for lower back pain. Worked ok for the first couple of weeks, but the heat delivered slowly go lower and lower. It now barely gets warm. Go with a different product. Don’t waste your time or money. The pad seemed to start working again. My wife was using it, smelled smoke and looked to see flames shooting out of the hole in the cord. This is a terrible product that is prone to failure and that could cost someone their life. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

Viene con enchufe inglés
No lo he probado todavía pero la primera sorpresa es que viene con enchufe inglés. Comprándolo en amazon.es no es lógico, o al menos se debería indicar en las especificaciones
