Quite happy, so far…
We were well prepared for the downsides of this product from reading all the reviews. It is very reasonably priced so we are taking that into consideration. All that said, it is in place, just about does the job and looks very good. We don’t take steamy showers, room well ventilated , so fingers crossed on the rust issue. I have been looking for a towel shelf rather than a rack - I would have preferred a slightly bigger version but haven’t found one anywhere else. It’s holding 2 spare bath sheets on the top shelf and hand towels beneath.

Good product. But does rust.
Bought this to replace a rusty one. (Rusty one has been up about 12 months). But for the price I didnt see the point in cleaning up and painting the old one.Bit fiddly & ackward to put together - not rocket science just very awkward as you need to to hold several pieces together and turn screw/washers at same time. Probably easier with two people. No problems fixing to wall.Holds quite a few bathroom items. Ive added a few shower curtain hooks on mine , so I can hang scrunches etc.Keeps bath Neat and tidy. Pics of old one shown.ok so ive bought another however I've bought a clear lacquer spray for chrome for 4 quid and given it several coats. its been up now for few months and no marks/rust as yet - so might have cracked the problem ☺ still love the product.update .. July 2022 still no rust so definitely recommend the clear lacquer spray.

They last two years in the bathroom before they turn red with rust.
Cheap rubbish really, but cheap enough to replace every two years, so not all bad.Does the job, but in a bathroom setting the steam gets to the chrome almost immediately, and you get a nice rust finish.

Disappointed!!!
Box was alright not damaged at all but the screw bag wasn't sealed, all the screws we're loose in the box and we're missing a couple of bits so can't put it together properly.

Nice item, easily assembled, great value, just take precautions if mounting on plasterboard partition wall
At this price you wonder how your local DIY superstore can charge what they do for pretty much the same thing. Assembles easily in about ten minutes, though you may need a second pair of hands just to hold it it while you tighten the nuts and bolts (spanner supplied but you'll need a screwdriver too): assemble just loosely at first, then insert the two little rails, and tighten fully, this will take care of any slight warping in the thin metal shelves. Only has 2 screw-holes for wall mounting, fine if you're lucky enough to have brick/breezeblock walls, but today's bathrooms are mostly plasterboard partitions, so 4 holes would have been ideal...if you hang heavy towels from the rails, anyone yanking them off might just pull the whole thing off the wall! The supplied rawlplugs are of the "universal" type which are ok for plasterboard provided you keep the load light, if you intend to put a lot of heavy shampoo bottles on here (a litre of shampoo weighs over a kilogram) I'd suggest sourcing some purpose-made plasterboard rawls from a local shop (Dyas sells them), or search on Amazon under "plasterboard rawlplugs".

Good value
Good value, much more expensive on other sites. Can rust if used in the bathroom but this is my 3rd one over the years and this time I got some clear rubber matting to lay on each shelf and seems to be rust free so far.

Sturdy and good size
Got this for the bathroom to handle some hand towels as our storage is abysmal (no closets). This holds a lot of hand towels, has two rails perfect for either hanging hand towels on or hanging face clothes or rags for cleaning to dry. Also like that the shelves are slotted because as it’s above the radiator the heat goes up and keeps the towels from getting damp.I can stack about ten hand towels (haven’t tried more) on the bottom shelf so there’s always one near to change daily which is nice. I also keep some folded floor mats on the top shelf, haven’t seen the shelf coming away from the wall at all so it seems to hold well.

Easy to fit but very dangerous to have.
I gave it 2 stars cos I am nice, it isn’t really an overall bad product but it comes with very sharp plates without any protector, it isn’t sturdy but ones screwed to the wall it is fine but the problem are the sharp plate edge, myself and my partner cut ourselves with it whilst trying to grab things from it, mine is was as I now have a very deep cut that is permanent, if you must get it, get a sharp edge protector seal which I have just gotten.
