Q: How do i know theyre on? Should it light up when i hit the button after charging?

My battery pack lights up when on and has three light displays to indicate great setting. They also have an auto shutoff feature as well

Q: How can i contact seller? Only one battery worked and i was wondering if i could get a battery sent without sending it all back?

Q: Is the heating area of the socks large? Is it full palm or just the front toe?

We had to return this item as they only turned on once,having said that the heated coil covered the toe area and about 60% of the palm area of my foot.
