Interactive but too loud
The toy is well made but no way to tell if the answers are correctly chosen. The toy is ‘t smart enough to tell if the user got the right answer or not. There is no way to turn it down.

No volume control, music can be annoying! Otherwise a good educational game.
The media could not be loaded. I played with this toy with my 7-year-old granddaughter. Once you figure out how to play it is fun BUT once you are good at it the game becomes less interesting. I would put this game in the 4 to 6 age range. It does develop hand and eye coordination and the kids will not mind the music which is annoying but once you get into playing the game you don't notice the music as much. You get 12 double-sided activity cards, the cards are placed in a slot on the front of the machine or you can choose to put them on the table and use your memory a bit. Each card has 4 horizontal rows and each row has three columns of colored balls. To load the balls you remove the white plug on the back of the machine and put them into the hole one by one. Once you start the machine the goal is to get the moving balls by color into the columns on the machine matching the colored balls on the card. You may have a column of all red balls or a column of one orange, one green, and one blue ball. Even this grandparent took a while to master getting the right colored ball in the correct slot. When you use the math side of the card you will either work with addition or subtraction but not both on one card. Now you need to pay attention to the numbers on the balls and not the colors. So one card has? + ? = 12, the goal will be to get two numbered balls that equal 12. It is a cute game with educational benefits for ages 4 to 6. The balls are pretty much in a loop. They are drawn up by the spiral on the right side and if not used go down into the bottom slot where they are drawn back up in the spiral. When finished with the cards you just push the arrow over and it releases the balls back into the loop. The little train does nothing but spin around and look cute. If you want to remove all the balls you have to remove the white plug on the back, start the game and hold it flat so each ball will fall into the hole and out the back. You get 12 cards and 12 balls. I personally like to play with the game which I leave on the table in the family room and although my granddaughter said to get rid of it because she is now 8 years old and it is a baby toy. But she is also guilty of still playing with it. The game uses 3 AA batteries which are not included. I am giving it 4 stars because there should be a way to mute the sound or turn it down.

Tricky to Learn
We got this for my 4 year old because he loves sorting by colors, etc. He loves playing with it but he doesn't really use the cards, it was a little difficult for him to do it that way. It's also made a little on the cheaper end. It has sustained falls but a few times it would randomly stop working until we fiddled with the batteries. Another thing is the music it plays is fairly loud, but there is an option to play without sound which is great!!

Little confusing..
So this game is super cute with all the lights, sounds, & colors.. very exciting at first but once we started playing it can get pretty difficult! You have cards you put into the game for pattern or math equations and you have to drop the ball into the according slot.. except the game shoots the balls out so fast my daughter was getting frustrated. I tried a couple times to see myself and for an adult you can get it after a couple times but it’s targeted for young kids and I feel like it’s a little hard for younger kids. Isn’t built the most sturdy either but I do like the idea of the game
