It's all one piece so there's no leaks. The quick connect end fits into the standard quick connect on my hose (coming from the tank) and the terra adapter side slides right into the sodastream perfectly. No problem, lots of bubbles.

It fit perfectly! So happy to have swapped to a 20# tank. We have a terra stream. I'd highly recommend this adapter if you're looking to upgrade to a larger tank.

Worked until it didn’t
Worked perfectly for 5 months. Something changed and it no longer does quick release of gas or quick return. It would seem like the pressure point springs failed. It will only let out a slow trickle of gas and then slowly seal shut again. Gas tank is still full.

This adapter did not work on my soda stream terra.
This adaptor leaked out of the top of my soda stream terra. I purchased another adaptor that uses the quick connect adaptor off of a branded soda stream tank. Little difficult to get the valve off the tank. With an adjustable wrench, I was able to hold the tank and bang the wrench on some concrete. Little Teflon tape. Boom.The 5lb tanks are life changing. Soda stream for life.
