Received very quickly, and a lot better quality than I imagined. It is quite heavy, and more as a collectible than to actually use. Gave as a gift to a friend who has 3 small kids, and she loved it!

I love the design of the mug
My mug arrived broken unfortunately. I did get a refund though. I love the design of the mug, it's ceramic on the inside and outside. It's large enough to hold a good serving of coffee. Didn't get to use it so I can't comment on how it fit in the car holder or whether it was hot to the touch when filled. I'm so disappointed.
