Whichever size seems most suitable to your needs. You will want a size of thread that fits into the holes of your beads or whatever you string through it, so I would recommend measuring the diameter of the holes and figuring out which size(s) fit within that. The diameters of each size of thread can be found in the description once you select each size. From there, you can decide whether you want any thicker sizes that it might fit vs. thinner ones.

Q: Does the thread stretch over time?

No, it doesn't stretch over time. Lovely silk cord. I use it to make beaded knit purses.

Q: Reviewer says; copied: ...I work with pearls and noticed some wire issues its not as perfect as Natural silk products... - is wire in this thread?

Absolutely not. Just the thread and it worked crappily for my project. Bracelet broke when exposed to water!
