I recently purchased a karaoke machine from this company, and while I initially encountered a defective microphone, their customer service was outstanding. They were responsive and helpful in addressing the issue quickly. The machine itself works great, and I'm impressed with the overall quality and support. I will likely use them again in the future.

I don’t see how so many people are having problems. I’ve had none and I’ve had it nine months and use it all the time. It stays charged for a very long time ,both microphones work. No issues at all. High quality sound , I’m impressed, esp for the price. One of the best purchases from Amazon I’ve made

The main reason I bought this product was to be outside singing with the speaker only to find out it needs to be plugged into the wall to work 😖 so I don’t know which part of this product is Bluetooth. I’m still trying to figure that part out 🤷🏾‍♀️ don’t waste your money, if you need something cordless

This machine looks great, but thats the only thing it had going for it. You cant adjust 1 mics volume without adjusting the other, and there is only 1 volume level of the microphones /speaker and it's so loud the songs /music quality comes out muffled. Overall just junk, I am returning.

I received the item as a gift. Out of the box, it worked perfectly...for about 15 minutes. After that, the wireless mics would no longer connect via Bluetooth. The item does not come with very detailed instructions, so I had to Google a lot of troubleshooting answers to find out that this is a common problem with this machine. I am currently working with the seller, who is apparently in a different time zone, trying to resolve the issue. Will update review if problem is solved.

This gift was purchased off my registry for my wedding and I was very upset that it wouldn’t charge. I plugged it in and it doesn’t say it’s charging. When I turn it on, it says battery low and shuts off. Any tips?

Not charging anymore

I got the system today for my husband’s birthday. We set it up and both microphones turn on but do not work when speaking in to it. Very disappointing.
