The scents are just perfect, enough to pick up on but not overwhelming. Such a thoughtful product designed to really give you some peace of mind and help you reflect on stuff. I bought these for my partner who has recently had a severe Brain Hemorrhage which had left him paralysed on his right side and unable to speak. He is currently in a Rehab Centre and this has had a massive effect on his mental health. I bought him these stress balls to destress when he's feeling anxious and down and also to incorporate these into his physio with his right hand. Since using them for a couple of weeks, he has said to me they have really helped calm him down and get him through his panic attacks - and the scents are amazing! His speech is getting better by the day and I can actually have a proper conversation with him now with no difficulty and I feel these stress balls play a big role in this as they are keeping him calm which is key in his recovery. He has also managed to squeeze the ball with his right hand which is amazing considering this only happened to him 6 weeks ago. The quotes on the balls are also a bonus as when he reads them it really puts everything into perspective and just how lucky he is to be with us today, knowing he is so loved. I have been enjoying using these stress balls and each one of them comes with its own set of phrases/question that I believe are useful. One thing to note is that the material is already tearing apart and the writing is fading, but I guess that I got what I paid for.

Great product different strengths which is great and little pick me up messages delivered in a nice box

I bought these for my husband who suffers with Dupuytren's to help with movement and flexibility. They are great having the different resistance so depending on how his hands are on the day he can switch between. Highly recommend these to anyone as I use them too.

Balls are great and I love the mindfulness messages. I ordered the Empower set, and I think the positive messages are a great addition. They feel nice and are comfortable to use.Only issue I have is I can't bear the scent added to any of them so I can't use them. I didn't know they were scented and read reviews complimenting them but they aren't for me. I'd recommend they aren't a good option for anyone sensitive to smells or with sensory issues around smells.

These stress balls arrived in time and the different tension of the balls make therapy easier. They have already helped my hands.

This stress ball feels extremely good in the hand. I feel an immediate ease of tension whenever I pick it up and use it.
