Excellent Product
These heel lifts perform very well. They stay put, are comfortable and don't stick to my skin. I've tried a couple of others that are plasticky with less than good results.I've bought several packages of these so that I have one for all my shoes.

They work but sometimes come apart
They work well, and don’t seem to lose their height, but sometimes the layers come apart whenever moving them from one boot or shoe, to another. Using them has helped my back pain. Apparently, I have one leg that is 5-6/8” shorter than the other leg, and the stress impact of walking without an accommodative lift is what has been causing pain and the pain has only gotten worse with age, arthritis and osteoporosis. I will have to buy more because I have to use quite a lot of the layers for lifting one shoe of each of my most frequently worn house slippers and outside shoes. I have to add a loop/circle( sticky side out on both side) of duct tape on the bottom side them because the stickiness on them wore off very quickly. Unfortunately, this method of adhesion does make them less stable because of the loop.They are firm enough and have shrunk down as the gel lifts that I had did.

Premium Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift.
I needed these to lift my left heel slightly in my shoe to take the pressure off my left Achilles Tendon which has a minor tear. Working as expected and I'm quite happy with them. Bonus that they are adjustable and I can split them to different sizes to fit my need. Also, Made in the USA which is important to me.

Comfort and ease of use.
I've only used it a week, but so far, I'm satisfied with the quality of this lift.

Heal pad
The heel pads did give some support, but because of their height, they forced my foot forward, making my toes hit the front of my shoe. If you asked me to buy them again, I would not.

Great show lifts
These are a perfect fit for my size 8 women's shoes. Very comfortable and don't damage the shoe. They do compress over time but easy to replace. I've been using these for years
