Hi 👋 I purchased this product because of the wonderful reviews and after taking 1 of the two sheets in my box, this is my honest review.I had a spot in the middle of my head where my hair broke off, was shedding I don't know 😕 I was bleaching my hair alot and coloring for about a year so maybe it caused breakage but all I know is the spot kept getting bigger so, I came to Amazon and after reading reviews for several hair growth vitamins, I decided to try these.They are no bigger than a pain killer so taking them is easy enough, no smell or after taste so I started with 1 tablet a day, usually after dinner.I was not consistent so after the 2nd week I decided to buckle down and take the 2 pills as directed.My patch in the middle of my head is not pre balding anymore, my hair has grown into the spot. Not all the way YET, but I know it is working for me, from just one sheet of my packet and me not being consistent with it.So my dilemma is this, a few weeks ago I started itching like crazy, about 3-4 hours after dinner, and I did not connect it to the pills. So I stopped taking them for a week (4 left) from first sheet and the itching started to subside. So I was thinking maybe there is a review that mentions itching, to the point where you want to rip your skin off especially (ALL) over, which last for about 2 hours straight.
