Great product. One of the plugs Ground/Earth pin came off, it doesn't have screw, simply pressed in and can't use it.Bought few boxes, very reliable, but expensive.One star reduced due to cost and faulty product which can't be returned.

A Converter that doesn't convert???
A converter that doesn't convert???I bought this to use with my 120V 60W Heating Pad from USA. Why call it a converter if it won't convert voltage? The light on the heating pad blinks indicating poor voltage/current. Does this converter support 120V 60W or not? The site description says that it is is a converter. I would like to exchange it. I need a step down converter from 220/230V to 110V 60W.

Two outlets and rock solid construction
The quality is obvious. They are solidly made, will survive travel for years - and having two outlets for appliances/chargers for something this small - brilliant.I travel a lot and have a bunch of these for different countries. I wouldn't buy any others.

What the heck, Europe?
The adapter worked well. Nothing caught on fire or anything, whaddya want? But more importantly, what is up with Europe? They can form a mostly-unified governmental framework, but they can't standardize their outlets any better than this? I had to bring a bag of adapters the size of my head...
