Professional Hair cutting Scissors Hairdressing Scissors, 5.5 inch

Okay so here is my up date.As I have said, I am a professional hairdresser & have been using these scissors in the salon for the last 3.5 months. They have been really good over all, as I am using them at least 5x + a day, they have stayed sharp & cut well. Today while in use the rubber stop between the handles has disintegrated so they now sound noisey and tinny. The thinning scissors have been fantastic to. Over all a really good buy! Having been in the hairdressing industry for over 30 years and just wanted a cheep set at home to save carrying my expensive professional set around with me.Arrived promptly in a jiffy bag.I took them into the salon to try them out!I am very impressed!Slightly heavier than the Joewells & Jaguar's. (The only reason I dropped a star, would of liked to of been able to of put 4.5 instead).I have decided to take home my Jaguar scissors instead of these.Will update my review again when I have used them over a period of time.

I working in busy barbers shop and use scissors all the time bought one pair to use on coustomers who got a lot wax on hair and joiners with dust over hair, I don't want to damage expensive scissors but that one a great products got 3 of them love it first pair I been used 5 days a week for 11 months still sharp.

Great value for money. My little boy hates going to the barber's so I still cut his hair at home, and these are really nice. The previous shears I had had a really sharp point to them, so I was worried that if he moved I'd spike him! These don't have such a sharp point, but the blades themselves are razor sharp and cut beautifully.The thinning shears work great once I'd viewed a YouTube video on how to use them!

I bought these mainly for the thinning scissors, but I figured the regular scissors would come in handy too.In between haircuts I give my hair a quick tidy up on top with the thinning scissors, just to keep the weight out of my hair as it gets thick fast. These do the job very well and the carrying case is a nice addition. I can't see me having any problems and, I would imagine, if you keep them clean and use a drop of mineral oil every so often they will last a long time.

After all the reviews I was hopeful to sift through the Chinese rubbish that seems to populate much of the sales on Amazon..Unfortunately they are not what is pictured in the advertisement, they seem to be a copy of the original, the holes are so small my little fingers won’t fit and the quality is lacking, shame just asking to return as certainly not worth the £16.

mums a hair dresser and need a quick replacement for her other as she needs them sharping but she said these are fine for now and a good price

Great Scissors. I needed to invest in a pair of scissors and need to thin my thick hair and trim it. Great investment. Looks more expensive than the price I paid. Loved the pouch, easy for me to store and to avoid the scissors from getting blunt. Prob won't need to buy another pair of scissors for hair for a long time.

Everything about the scissors is good apart from the small holes for your finger and thumb. I have about average sized man hands and i cant get my thumb far enough through the hole to keep a good grip. Constantly on the verge of dropping them.
