The Best Camping Folder in the $50 Range
I’ve had this knife for well over four years and it’s probably my go-to folder for camping/hunting trips. It comes razor sharp out of the package, and retains an edge very well (I’ve only had to sharpen it a few times with occasional semi-rough usage). It’s a perfect knife for camping and every day carry if you’re okay with carrying a knife without a pocket clip. Overall a great knife, and well worth the money.

Easy to see the materials used will last a lifetime of use
It won't be right to call this Buck Knife 110 "pretty" because it is quite masculine and the design does look like it came from the 70s. Brass is no longer a popular material used for knives but somehow, on the 110, it gives it the character the knife is known for. The knife is heavy for a pocket knife but its that heftiness that gives it that rock solid feel. The blade feels like it is precision assembled as there is no play at the joint and the locking mechanism works well even though it needs two hands to use it. The weight seems more on the handle than the blade itself and it feels more comfortable in the hand with the blade open than when it is locked. The overall feel and balance is quite surprisingly good in the hand.Who is this knife for?The 110 is not meant to be an every day carry (EDC) for sure but it was not designed to be. It is for the outdoorsman or camping enthusiast who want a folding knife on the belt that can be depended on. It came delivered in hard clear plastic display and the black leather belt pouch/sheath. Even the sheath looks like something that will last a lifetime.I will update my review once I put it to the test outdoors. But somehow I am sure it will be similar to the findings of those who had already reviewed and shared their views.Based on the price I paid for, the quality of materials, design this knife comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Just too big.
Really gtreat Buck knife, have had many of them and have always been satisfied. This pne is too big and heavy for comfortable use as a pocket knife. It is an excellent knife otherwise, and I shall keep and use it.

Trust me, best knife ever
46 years ago next month, I bought a top of the line (back then) lock blade. That knife has been with me for that entire 46 years. Last week it broke. To replace this collector's item would cost over $300 if I could find one.I ordered this knife based on what veterans were saying about them. Let me be clear about a couple of things:1. The craftsmanship is above excellent.2. This is the first knife I have _ever_ owned that I can shave with. Took the hair off my arm in one pass.
