Dress didn’t work out but Seller made it right
First let me say that we ordered the size we thought would fit and it just didn’t. I can’t blame the Seller for that. They contacted us for sizing and to find out when we needed to have the dress. We gave them the size and the date and somehow, some way, they got that dress to us from China in less than 7 days, on the exact date I asked for it.Score one for them.Second, when I asked to return the dress because it didn’t fit they approved it, which I thought was a long shot at best. In the approval they asked if the dress could be altered/fixed and if we would accept a partial refund. If not they would be happy to refund the dress once they received it. I didn’t think we could fix the sizing issue however we ended up being able to alter the dress just enough for it work in time for the event. I advised the Seller and they have issued a partial refund.Another point for the Seller.Third. The dress itself was beautiful. It was exactly as pictured and is of good quality for the price we paid. My daughter loved the dress once we got it to fit right. That’s three in a row for the Seller. In spite of the sizing issues I would definitely order from this Seller again.

AMAZING
My daughter picked out this dress to wear at homecoming. I couldn't believe how well-made it was considering the price, super cute and very age appropriate. My daughter is very tall 5'8", 125 pounds, we sent measurements to the seller and it fits perfect. We would definitely order from this seller again.

Amazing dress, amazing customer service!!!!
Ordered this dress for my daughters Home Comming. She was in between sizes so I reached out to ask a few questions. They told me exactly what to measure and then told me what size to purchase and send them her measurments and they would custome make the dress....NO EXTRA FEES! The dress is beautiful, fits good, a little long but that is probably my measuring ability HAHA, and it is AMAZING quality, no see through material here! I am a very satisfied customer.

Excellent Customer Service
Great customer service provided by vendor, fits as expected, arrived exactly when promised, seems good quality, very pretty. The only tiny issue us that the color is more grey than blue. Still very satisfied with purchase.
